Refund/Exchange policy
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays. some orders may arrive in separate packaging. please confirm your shipping address is correct before submitting order. natural divas hair care will not be responsible for lost products due to incorrect address. natural divas hair care is not responsible for damaged products. if your products arrive damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. If there is a delay in shipment, you will be contacted via email.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. if you are not completely satisfied, we can issue a refund within 48 hours of receipt of the product. the buyer will be responsible for shipping and handling if returning the product(s).
